VIBA Press Pvt. Ltd. was established by the dynamic entrepreneur, Vinay Baveja. Armed with a degree in Printing Technology, and with a focussed vision, he came to Delhi from a small neighbouring town in 1982. Since then there was no looking back. VIBA has grown from strength to strength.
Today VIBA Press Pvt. Ltd. is considered as one of the best print production houses in northern India with a client list that reads like a virtual who’s who.
VIBA is a one-stop service provider offering entire range of print services – Prepress, Printing, Finishing and Binding, using state-of-the-art technology & solutions from industry leaders.
VIBA believes in creating value for its customers. We understand the customer’s requirements fully, collaborate with the customer and optimise the specifications of the print project – be it size, paper selection, additional online/offline features, so as to optimise the cost and still produce best-in class product.

Vinay Baveja
Managing Director
Vinay Baveja brings over three decades of extensive experience in the printing and production industry, built on a foundation of precision, innovation, and uncompromising quality. A graduate in Printing Technology from NRIPT, Allahabad, he began his professional journey with leading organizations such as Thomson Press Ltd., where he developed deep expertise in large-scale commercial printing operations.
In 1996, he founded VIBA Press Pvt. Ltd., which has since grown into a Government-certified ‘A’ Class printing company and one of Northern India’s most trusted commercial printers. Under his leadership, the company has consistently delivered premium-quality printing solutions to major Government ministries, public sector undertakings, and leading institutions across India.
Equipped with advanced Heidelberg, RMGT, Ryobi, and Komori printing technology, VIBA Press has established a strong reputation for reliability, scale, and excellence in execution. His leadership philosophy is driven by integrity, continuous advancement, and a commitment to delivering beyond expectations.
In addition to leading VIBA Press, he serves as President of the Okhla Printers and Providers Association and Chairman – Government Relations at the All India Federation of Master Printers, actively contributing towards the growth and modernization of the Indian printing industry.
Dhruv Baveja
Chief Executive Officer
Dhruv Baveja represents the new generation of leadership at VIBA Press Pvt. Ltd., combining business acumen with strong technical expertise in modern printing technologies. After completing his studies in Business Administration, he pursued a Diploma in Printing Technology at Hauchler Studio, Germany, gaining valuable international exposure and hands-on industry experience in advanced printing systems and production methodologies.
Following his return to India, he joined VIBA Press with a clear vision to build upon the company’s strong legacy while steering it towards its next phase of growth and transformation. Since taking an active leadership role, he has focused extensively on technological advancement, operational efficiency, process optimization, and strategic expansion.
Through continuous modernization of machinery, implementation of efficient production systems, and a future-focused approach, he has played a key role in driving significant business growth, resulting in a threefold increase in the company’s revenue and further strengthening its position as one of the most trusted names in the printing industry.
His vision is centred on innovation, scalability, and operational excellence, with a strong emphasis on building a future-ready organization that continues to set benchmarks in quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Paras Baveja
Director – Global Sales & Marketing
Paras Baveja brings over 18 years of international experience across North America, with a strong background spanning academics, the CPG industry, and entrepreneurship. His diverse professional journey, including the successful establishment and operation of multiple businesses, has provided him with deep insights into market dynamics, brand development, customer engagement, and scalable business operations.
As Director – Global Sales & Marketing at VIBA Press Pvt. Ltd., he leads the company’s international growth and market expansion initiatives. With a strategic focus on strengthening global partnerships, expanding the company’s international footprint, and building long-term customer relationships, he plays a key role in positioning VIBA Press as a trusted global printing partner.
